In a stunning location on Terschelling, nestled between the beach and the woods, wake up in peace and quiet to the aroma of a fresh breakfast. Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find all the beauty that Oerol has to offer. Your tent and bike are already waiting for you.
Swartduin Campsite is situated in a dune area in the heart of the Donkere Bos, just behind the village of West-Terschelling, which is within walking distance. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. The sea is always nearby.
In addition to the tents, BlueCamp also has a large 90m² tarp where breakfast is prepared. You can also come here to read, shelter from the rain or sun, and help yourself to free coffee and tea at any time. There is also a fridge stocked with soft drinks, beer and wine, and a variety of snacks are available. You keep track of what you use on an old-fashioned tally sheet, to be settled upon departure. There are no facilities for preparing your own lunch or evening meal. BlueCamp has its own toilet block equipped with electricity and hot/cold water.
With just 35 tents, we’re creating an intimate campsite where you can meet other festival-goers in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Your tent is all set up, your bed is made, and breakfast is provided. Sustainable tents, locally sourced and fresh breakfast. All you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourself.
Within walking or cycling distance of the festival, yet surrounded by nature. This means you can get to the acts and performances in no time, whilst enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep.
